I am excited and honored to have the opportunity to work with your child at Chapin Elementary School. As a school counselor, I am committed to empowering our students to make and attain goals and to meet challenges with optimism.
My desire to create such an environment, in which each student strives for personal excellence and life-long learning, lies in my personal belief that all children can succeed regardless of individual differences, provided they are equipped with a solid foundation and a unified support system. My role as a counselor means that I am not only an advocate, but an educational leader whose purpose is to enrich students’ lives academically, as well as socially and emotionally.
A little about me…
My husband Jason and I, along with our two boys, relocated to Chapin, SC from Atlanta, GA. My granddaddy always says to bloom where you are planted, and we feel so very blessed to have been planted in Chapin! These days most of my free time is spent renovating our new home (let me just say, I can give HGTV a run for their money!), but my family also enjoys beach combing, biking, camping, and kayaking. I am an animal lover at heart, which explains our three dogs Luke, Della, and Mollie, and three cats Charlie, Cooper, and Rosie.
