      Information from the District Office
      1) Proof of Residence – Schools began accepting POR documents on May 8, 2017. Students must have submitted new POR prior to school beginning on August 23, 2017.

      2) New Students from outside the district may begin the enrollment process using Registration
      Gateway on June 5th .

      3) Currently enrolled students will receive an email the last week of June with their login information for the Registration Gateway Update site (same as last year). Parents will be able to access the site on July 1 st . All students must have their information updated prior to schedule pickup (Secondary) and/or the start of school. The site includes the annual information that is updated, AUA, Media Consent, Mobile Device and Student handbook. It also includes the Health Card information.
FYI: This cannot be opened earlier than July 1 st because the End of Year process must promote
      students to the new grade/school.
      Proof of Residence

The homeowner must provide the 3 proofs of residence above and an affidavit must be completed and
notarized. Affidavits must be renewed yearly.
