• Business Management is a rigorous and dynamic study of the business decision-making process. It is the study of both the way in which individuals and groups interact in organizations, and how those organizations use and transform resources. The course is designed to help the student develop an understanding of business theory, and then to apply business principles, practices and skills in real-life situations.  The course considers a wide range of business structures and activities and studies the wide variety of cultural and economic conditions under which businesses operate. A strong emphasis is placed on business operations in the global marketplace. The course encourages the appreciation of ethical concerns and issues of social responsibility in the global business environment.
