For Your Information
Monday, Sept. 5-Labor Day Holiday
All schools and offices will be closed
Thursday, Sept. 22-
Early Release Day, 11:40
Lunch will be served prior to dismissal. Students will be dismissed at 11:40 a.m. to provide teachers a time for planning and collaboration.
How Does Your Child Go Home?
Have a conversation with your child each morning about the way they are coming home. If your child is a car rider or bus rider please help them learn their car or bus number. This is most helpful during afternoon dismissal procedures and helps your child feel more confident at the end of the day.
Quiet time is currently a part of our daily routine. Please remember to send a towel or blanket to school every Monday. The towel will be returned home on Friday to wash.
A Note of Thanks
*** Thank you to each and every one of you who have helped to make the beginning of our school year successful.
*** We were so pleased to have so many of you at BES Preview Night Wednesday night. We hope you all found the evening beneficial and will always feel welcome in our classroom. Your children are a treasure and we treasure the time we have with them. We look forward to working with and getting to know each of you this school year.
