ACCUPLACER

The Accuplacer test is required for admissions to all 2-year Technical Colleges in the state of South Carolina. This test is administered by Midlands Technical College. ACT and SAT

Both ACT and SAT scores are used for 4-year college admissions decisions and awarding merit-based scholarships. Most colleges do not prefer one test over the other. Some health career programs at 2-year colleges also require the SAT or ACT for specific program admissions.

You can access full SAT and ACT practice sections and tests for free online! You can take a practice test online, or print it and take it on paper. Be sure to score your practice tests, and review all the answer explanations, even the explanations for the answers you got right! Reading the reasons why an answer is correct or incorrect provides helpful insight into the mindset of the test and helps set you up for success!
