We are now using Parchment to send transcripts! There is no fee for this service for current seniors. Before creating your account, please note:
- It is recommended that each student creates the Parchment account in their name. Creating multiple accounts with the same name may cause difficulties with processing orders.
- Once you have created your account, please allow 2-5 business days for the approval and release of your transcript to your file. (The transcript will not appear immediately.)
- If you are experiencing issues with your Parchment account, you can reach out to Customer Service by clicking on the "Customer Support" tab at the top right corner of the home page, or email your school counselor.
Transcripts are updated to Parchment 3 times during the academic year:
1. After the 16th day of school at the beginning of the academic year. This allows time for any grades from summer classes to be posted. This transcript will show the current courses that the student is enrolled in for the current academic year.
2. At the end of the first semester which is typically by February 1st. This transcript will show final grades in any semester classes and a list of the current courses the student is enrolled in for the academic year.
3. At the end of the academic year once all grades have been verified. Final transcripts are typically uploaded to Parchment by June 15th.
