    Chapin Chamber Annie Epting Scholarship $1,000 2/28/2020 Open to a Spring Hill High School senior. Applications are available in the School Counseling office.

    Hattie Mae Sims Memorial Scholarship $1,000 4/24/2020 Open to African American high school seniors. Visit https://www.unlockingthegoldendoor.org for more information and to apply.
    Irmo Yellow Jacket Club Athletic Scholarship (1) $1,000 and (1) $500 3/31/2020 IYJC provides one senior varsity boy and girl with 1,000.00 and one senior varsity boy and girl with 500.00 scholarships. Applications are available in the School Counseling office.
    Lexington Medical Center Medhurst/Norton/Telfer Nursing Scholarship $2,000 3/15/2020 Open to high school seniors who have been accepted into a Nursing Baccalaureate Degree Program. Applications are available in the School Counseling office.
    Lexington Medical Center Ann Wingate Nursing Scholarship $1,000 3/15/2020 Open to high school seniors who have been accepted into an Associate Degree Nursing Program. Applications are available in the School Counseling office.
    Mid-Carolina Touchstone Energy Scholarship $3,000 3/13/2020 Open to any senior in Lexington Five. Special consideration is given to need, extracurricular activities, community involvement, recommendations and the students’ personal achievements.     Alpha Kappa Alpha Gamma Nu Chapter Scholarship   2/29/2020 Applicant must be a high school senior planning to enter a four-year college or university in the fall of 2020. Applicant should possess qualities of leadership, scholarship, character, dependability and service. Applications are available in the School Counseling office.
    Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Richland County Alumnae Chapter Historically Black College and University Award $1,250 3/12/2020 A one-time award to a male or female African American student planning to attend a historically black college or university. Applications are available in the School Counseling office.
    Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Richland County Alumnae Chapter Education Award $1,250 3/12/2020 A one-time award to a male or female African American student planning to major and pursue a career in Education. Applications are available in the School Counseling office.
    Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Richland County Alumnae Chapter Career and Technical Education Award $1,250 3/12/2020 A one-time award to a male or female African American student planning to major and pursue a career in the following fields: Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Accounting or Human Resources.     Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Richland County Alumnae Chapter STEM Award $1,250 3/12/2020 A one-time award to a male or female African American student planning to major and pursue a career in the following fields: Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Science, Medicine or Health Science.     Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Richland County Alumnae Chapter General Studies Award $1,250 3/12/2020 A one-time award to a male or female African American student planning to major and pursue a career in the following majors: Visual and Performing Arts, Mass Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice or Law.     SC Law Enforcement Officers Foundation Scholarship (1) $3000, (2) $2000 2/21/2020 Must be a high school senior, 1000 word essay required. Applications can be found online at www.scleoa.org
    Bobby Chapman Junior Golf Foundation Scholarship $1,500 3/20/2020 Must be a high school senior planning to attend a four year college. Student may or may not be a golfer. Must have a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Applications are available in the School Counseling office.
    Chapin Jr. Women's Club Scholarship $1,500 4/15/2020

    Allene Bland Broadwell Memorial Scholarship  $1,500 4/2/2020 Open to Chapin area students planning to attend a post-secondary college or university.  Must have at least a C average.  Applications are available in the School Counseling office.
    Justin Thomas Gustav Pepper Memorial Scholarship  $1000/year 3/15/2020 High school senior who plans to enroll in the freshman class of an institution of higher learning in any state. Applications are available in the School Counseling office.
    SC State Fair Ride of your Life Scholarship  $1500/year 3/15/2020 Must be a high school senior planning to attend a public or private college in the state of SC. Apply online at https://www.scstatefair.org/scholarships
    Distinguished Riders of Columbia, SC Minority Scholarship  $500 6/1/2020 Minority high school senior planning to pursue a 4 year degree. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need. Applications are available in the School Counseling office.
    National Pan-Hellenic Council At Columbia, SC Scholarship  $500 4/15/2020 High school senior planning to attend a four-year college or university. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Applications are available in the School Counseling office.
    Ivy Heritage Foundation of Irmo Scholarship  None Given 2/29/2020 Open to female high school seniors who have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Applications are available online at: https://akauoo98.wufoo.com/forms/wh6uyu50527yix/
    Chapin Eagle Club Athletic Scholarship  $1000 5/1/2020 Scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior planning to attend a post-secondary institution. Must have lettered twice for CHS by the end of the Spring semester of his/her senior year.  Minumum cummulative unweighted GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.  Must be an active member of the Chapin Eagle Club.  Applications available in the School Counseling office.

    Military Family Information:

    The link below is to the Veterans Administration GI Bill website for students whose parents have served in the military (Active, Reservist, or National Guard) since 9/11/01. They may be eligible for Education benefits.  If the parent is still active or still in a reserve status, they may be able to transfer their benefits to an immediate family member.
