Degrees and Certifications:

Miss Morgan Rohrbaugh

HELLO- I am Miss Morgan Rohrbaugh! Teaching is my passion- this is my heart! I have been teaching for 11 years- 10 of which have been at Irmo Elementary. I think it's safe to say that IES is my home!

A little about myself... I am originally from a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. I attended Bowling Green State University then moved here in 2008. I work my way back to Ohio as much as I can... my sister, brother-in-law and nephew still live in the Cleveland area and my parents live there part time! They have relocated down here for better winters and more time with their grandkids. After a few years down here, I decided to further my education and graduated from Columbia College with a Masters in Divergent Learning in May, 2013. I feel so lucky to be part of this amazing family at District 5 and especially Irmo Elementary School! I love the environment and the people that come along with this great place- including my very own 4th grader; my son Drew!

Outside of school I love to spend as much time with my boys, Drew (9) and Max (22 months). Hanging out with them and watching them learn new things each day puts such a huge smile on my face! Some of our favorite things to do are go to the beach, swim, play all sorts of sports and games, and many other things... they wear me out! We also love spending as much time with family and friends as we can!

I can't wait to get to know my new 1st graders and to learn with them! We are going to have a WONDERFUL year full of learning, laughter and happiness!
