    SURPLUS PROPERTY-SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT

The District’s surplus supplies and equipment sales are conducted primarily by means of electronic auctions, through the GovDeals internet auction site at www.govdeals.com. This will allow the District to offer items for sale all year long, thereby allowing increased access to available equipment/supplies, more frequently than ever before. Please refer to the website for all terms and conditions of sale. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are encouraged to inspect property prior to bidding. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees, stated or implied.
