Support Application Procedure
To be considered for a support vacancy, you must submit a completed online support application. Please ensure that you include at least three work-related references. Online applications are automatically received in the Office of Human Resources.
As positions are posted on the District Five website that you are interested in, you will need to logon to your existing application and select your interest in specific vacancies. This will ensure you are in the candidate pool for those vacancies.
Referrals are made at the discretion of the Office of Human Resources. Referral listings are sent to the various schools or departments as positions become available. If your application is referred, the hiring principal or supervisor may schedule an interview. Applicants should not contact schools or hiring supervisors directly regarding vacancies. Expressing interest in a particular opening does not guarantee a referral.
A background check through the State Law Enforcement Division and U.S. Department of Justice National Sex Offender Registry will be conducted prior to being approved for hire.
