Attendance

Attendance Matters in School District Five! This year, district schools will compete in a March Madness like tournament week to week using their overall attendance rate for the week. The Bracket will be updated weekly and announcements of the schools moving on in the competition will be shared every Friday. The district will also host an Attendance Spirit Week from March 19-22, 2024, which includes the following: 

• Monday, MARCH 18-  NO SCHOOL (TEACHER WORK DAY)
• Tuesday, MARCH 19 - JERSEY DAY “ALL STARS ATTEND #D5EVERYDAY”
• Wednesday, MARCH 20 - CAMO DAY “DON’T LET ABSENCES SNEAK UP ON YOU”
• Thursday, MARCH 21 - TWIN DAY “FIND YOUR ATTENDANCE ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER”
• Friday, MARCH 22 - SCHOOL SPIRIT DAY “WE SHOW UP FOR EACH OTHER”
