Mardi Gras Dinner Culinary Class at the Center for Advanced Technical Studies

IRMO – The Center for Advanced Technical Studies is hosting a Mardi Gras Dinner Culinary Class for the community Saturday, February 14, 2026 at 10:00am. The hands-on cooking class includes making a complete meal for four people to take home, including an appetizer, entree and dessert (King Cake). 

The class is $80.00 per person or family. Participants must be at least 10 years old and will have the opportunity to work with culinary students and a chef to cook the meal. Recipes will be included. The estimated time of the course is 3-4 hours. Register online at https://tinyurl.com/MardiGrasCooking.
