School District Five participating in Summer Break Café Program
IRMO – Lexington-Richland School District Five is participating in the Summer Break Café Program this year.
The program will open to the community on June 1 and ends on July 24, 2026. Children through the age of 18 may participate. Parents/guardians must bring children to one of the sites below to enjoy free breakfast and/or lunch Monday-Thursday. Sites will not operate the week of June 29- July 4, 2026. Please call the Department of Student Nutrition at 803-476-8153 with any questions or concerns.
Open Site Information:
Dutch Fork High School (1400 Old Tamah Road, Irmo)
- Lunch Only: 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Irmo High School (6671 St. Andrews Road, Columbia)
- Breakfast: 7:30 a.m.-8:00 a.m.
- Lunch: 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
If you can’t make it to one of the open sites each day, you can preorder meals for pickup at Spring Hill High School (11629 Broad River Road, Chapin) on Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. To pre order meals, parents must complete the following form: https://forms.gle/

Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
