District Five prides itself in providing quality education facilities for students and parents. The Department of Property Services is responsible for the facilities support of all district buildings. The responsibilities of the department include coordinating facilities maintenance, facilities repair, facilities construction, and facilities renovation. Other operational responsibility of Property Services include monitoring the district’s environmental control systems, coordinating logistical matters of scheduled school events, and supervising contractors that work on projects related to school facilities.

In order to request use of school facilities, please speak with the school and create an account in Master Library Schedules (instructions are under Facilities Reservation Request). Community Use of School Facilities falls under the Office of Operations. For availability, please contact the school you would like to request use of.
