Mrs. Werts

I have been teaching at Chapin Elementary since 2007. I love working with the students and helping them create an understanding of the world around them. My classroom is full of learning through lots of different kinds of experiences and talk. We are always working hard!

I earned my MAT degree in Early Childhood Education from USC (Go Gamecocks!) in 2007 and I received my National Board Certification in 2011.  

My husband, son, daughter, and I spend lots of time outside with our three dogs, Drake, Addi, and Man.
