I was born in Indiana and I have lived in Irmo since I was 10 years old. I graduated from Irmo High School in 1991. In 1995 I graduated from Winthrop University and have been in the classroom ever since! I married my husband, Grant, in 1998 and we have one daughter, Jalin, who attends DFES. We hang out with family and friends, love to travel, go to USC sporting events and play board games. I am active in my church, volunteer at Tot Trade Consignment Sale, and participate in several book clubs.
