I have been a professional educator since 2002.  My teaching experience started in Illinois where I was a special education teacher for 4.5 years. I transitioned into the regular science education classroom teaching 7th and 8th grade sciences in 2006. In the Fall of 2011, I moved to South Carolina. I returned to teaching for the 2014-2015 school year in the Summerville area. My experience at Chapin Middle School began in 2015. I have taught 7th and 8th grade science here at CMS, and will currently be teaching 8th grade science for this upcoming school year. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University.
