I have worked as a professional educator since 1997. My service in Lexington Richland School District Five began at Chapin Middle School in 2005. I have worked as a part of the CMS Special Education Department since then, and I am currently the Department Head. In 2008 while working with students with disabilities at Chapin Middle School, I successfully completed my National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Certification. In 1997, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Winthrop University. I also completed my Masters of Education in the area of Divergent Learning from Columbia College in 2004.
I am married to Keith Croft and we have two wonderful children, Brody and Karli, who both attend District 5 Schools. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach and reading.
