I have worked as a professional educator for eight plus years with the last four being at Chapin Middle School.  I work as a teacher in the Project Lead the Way curriculum with both seventh and eighth grade students at Chapin Middle School. This STEM curriculum includes, Design and Modeling, as well as Automation and Robotics.  I have incorporated the use of 3D printing techniques into my curriculum and currently working toward introducing a recycling program for scrap filament.  This scrap filament will to be broken down and converted back into a usable filament product in order to increase the efficiencies within the 3d Printing program.

I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business and Computer Technology Education from Winthrop University.  I also hold a Masters of Education Degree in Integrating Technology into the Classroom from Walden University.  I have two additional Advance Endorsements from PLTW for Design and Modeling and Automation and Robotics.

I currently coach both Boys and Girls Golf at Chapin High School.  My hobbies include, golf, hiking, camping, working with my hands to build furniture, structures and projects.  I have two children, Kelly and Mitchell.
