What are your school's instructional hours? The instructional school day begins at 7:50AM and ends at 2:30PM.
When is the earliest I can drop my student off in the morning and when are they considered tardy? We have adult supervision available beginning at 7:15AM. The tardy bell rings at 7:50AM each school day. If your child is not in their classroom when the bell sounds, they will be sent to the front office for a tardy slip.
What time is dismissal? We begin our dismissal procedures at 2:40PM. If your child has not been picked up by 3:10PM, they will be sent to our afterschool program (Boys & Girls Club) at the parents' expense.
What are the early release days and what days will they occur this school year? Our school district has early release days throughout the school year for the elementary and intermediate students. You may view the dates of this year's early release dates by clicking here. On early release days, our students are dismissed at 11:40AM. If students are not picked up by 12:10PM on early release days, they will be sent to our afterschool program (Boys & Girls Club) at the parents' expense.
What are the office hours? The front office is open from 7:15AM - 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. Any changes to these hours will be posted on the front door.
How do I make a change to my child's normal dismissal transportation? The PREFERRED method of notification is a handwritten note to your child's teacher. If it is a last minute emergency change, you may contact the front office. NO changes in transportation may be made via email. Any changes in transportation MUST be received before 2:10 PM.
What is the procedure to sign out my child early? Please come into the front office with your ID ready and we will have you sign out the student. No one will be allowed to sign out students after 2:10PM.
How do I register a NEW student for your school? First you will need to verify that you are located in our attendance zone by clicking here. If you live in our attendance zone you will register online by clicking here. Once you have completed your online registration, please contact our registrar to make an appointment to submit copies of birth certificate, immunization record and proofs of residence.
