• Dear Parents and Guardians,

It is time to make selections for your child's exploratory courses for the 2022-2023 school year. Descriptions of courses can be found on each school’s website located under the Academics tab. The exploratory course selection form will be available on Tuesday, March 1st after 8am.  Please submit your preferences by March 11, 2022.

In order to submit your preferences, you will need to log on to PowerSchool Parent Portal using a web browser at https://lexrich5.powerschool.com/public.  Please note that parents and students have separate accounts/portals.  If you log on and do not see the exploratory course selection form, then you may be signed into the student portal.   You can verify by looking at the top-right of your screen and see the name that is displayed.

If you have any questions regarding the PowerSchool Parent Portal account, please contact your child’s current school’s registrar.

If you have any questions regarding the Exploratory Courses, please contact Tara Safriet, assistant principal of instruction at Dutch Fork Middle.  You can reach Tara Safriet by emailing tsafriet@lexrich5.org.

I already have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account:

    1. Log on to Parent Portal using a web browser:  https://lexrich5.powerschool.com/public

    2. Select the “Forms” tab on the left.

    3. Click the DFMS Exploratory Course Selection 2022-2023 form and complete.

    4. Complete for each child in your household that will be attending an intermediate or middle school for the 2022-2023 school year.

I do NOT have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account:

    1. Contact the school your child is currently enrolled at to get your Parent Portal access information.  You will need to provide identification such as a driver’s license.

    2. Multiple students can be linked to one Parent Portal account. Information needed to set up an account is available through each student’s school’s registrar.

    3. Use the information shared with you to create the account.

    4. Follow directions above.
