My name is Helen Lanier. This is my first year at HE Corley Elementary and in Lexington Richland District 5.  I taught preschool special education in Richland District 1 for the past 14 years.  I am very much looking forward to joining the HE Corley family.  I look forward to teaching my students how to navigate their school environment and how to communicate effectively with the people their lives.  When not teaching I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two little boys who will be turning four and two this fall.

Hi my name is Kacey Slaten. This is my first year at H E Corley Elementary and in Lexington Richland District 5.  I’ve spent the Last 18 years working in Special Education classes in Richland District 1.  I’m excited to join the H E Corley team.  During my free time I enjoy spoiling my nephew, spending time with family and friends, reading books and traveling. 

Hi, my name is Charlotte Walston. I have worked at HEC for a total of 7 years. I took a little break and moved to NC for a few years, but we could not wait to come back! I love working at HEC in the preschool program. I have two grown children and a grandpuppy named Ellie.
