I am grateful, humbled and excited to be starting my twenty-first year in education and my second year as Ed Davis principal at Chapin Intermediate School!  Prior to this, I served as principal at Harbison West Elementary School, assistant principal at Spring Hill High School, Columbia High School and William Howard Taft High School in Chicago.  I started my career as a social studies teacher at Taft High School for eight years before becoming an assistant principal.  I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from The University of Michigan, my Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Northeastern Illinois University and my Specialist in Education Administration degree from The University of South Carolina.  I am passionate about helping students, faculty and staff Earn their W.I.N.G.S by developing their Eagle Sight and increasing their Eagle Strength as learners and educational servants. To relax, I enjoy spending time with my wife Danielle, and my sons Micah and Caleb.  I also enjoy watching Michigan football and basketball.  Go Blue!!!!!
