Where Children Are Cherished And Challenged
Cougar Cubs After School Program
We are pleased to announce that CrossRoads will offer an after-school care program for the next school year. We know how important it is for students at this age to be closely supervised and engaged in meaningful activities. We also know that you as parents are concerned for the safety and security of your children after school while you complete your job responsibilities. Our program, Cougar Cubs, will offer all of these elements. We will provide students with healthy snacks, exciting activities, and the opportunity to work with certified teachers to complete homework or get extra help when needed. An example of the daily schedule is listed below.

Homework/Study Time: Homework period during which students can complete their assignments and receive help from a certified teacher if needed. Please be aware that this will be a quiet time for students to focus on academics. If your student does not have any homework, he/she will need to have study material or a book to utilize during this time.
Organized Physical Activities: Students will participate in games, sports, and other activities to stay fit and active.
Social Hour – Students will have the opportunity to socialize with friends, play board games, or continue working on homework.
The cost of the program will be $50.00 per week with hours from 2:30 PM – 6 PM. All students will be considered full-time; no part-time registrations will be accepted.
If you would like to enroll your student in full-time, after school care, please print and fill out the application. Return it to the CRIS front office with your $15 registration fee to ensure a place for your student.
