Mrs. Maria LeMoine
I am so excited for the daily opportunity to work with each student, family, community member, and faculty member at Chapin Elementary School. I will always do my best to lead alongside CES staff with excellence. My heart is to teach each student how to advocate for themselves. I will do this by providing a safe and welcoming space for all. As a school counselor, I work to accomplish teachable moments by facilitating individual counseling, group counseling, whole classroom counseling lessons, and whole school iniatives. Each of these modalities are in session when the need is present. I can assure you I will work each day to enrich CES students academically, socially, and emotionally. Due to school closure and COVID, I am not conducting these specific counseling types listed. I am always a email away to provide social and emotional activites to enjoy at home. I have created a few new tab for resources on managing thoughts and emotions during this unpredicted change!
