Hello! My name is Ms. Powers! 

I recently graduated from the University of South Carolina in May of 2020 with my degree in Elementary Education. I am a graduate of District 5 & am thrilled to be back in the district to begin my teaching career! I graduated from Chapin High School in 2016. I also completed all of my student teaching internships in District 5. I currently live in Chapin with my family. In my free time, I love going on Lake Murray, watching Gamecock Football, and spending time with my family! 

I have a passion for teaching and learning and I can't wait for a great year in 3rd grade! I am so excited to learn & grow with you!
