Dear Chapin Eaglet Family,

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Chapin Eaglet Family!  The Chapin Elementary School PTO has been hard at work with administration to build a strong educational environment for our children where every child can soar.  Our goal as a PTO is to enrich the quality of our children's education, assist our teachers in fulfilling their classroom objectives and bring families together through social and community events.  We strive to include the voice, talent and compassion of all our students and their families.  We would love to have you involved with  PTO.  We would love for every family member to be a part of our organization.
Our success as an organization is reliant on those who volunteer their time to serve with us. There is no amount of time too small or any skillset unvalued! If you want to help, let us know AND we’ll be glad to plug you in! We exist because of the generous support of our families! You may think you’re just buying a t-shirt or a “this-or-that” every now and then, BUT you’re making a difference in our school! You’re helping us provide instructional materials that go directly to the classroom! You’re helping us meet technology needs to improve our school’s tech ratio and better serve students. You’re helping us support all staff members at CES in the classroom and throughout the halls. THANK YOU for your support!Every dollar raised goes back to the school to help our teachers and administration in the many wonderful things they do for our children each and every day.

We hope you will support Chapin Elementary teachers, staff, and administration as we begin another great  and exciting school year. We realize how lucky Chapin Elementary is to have such amazing and involved
families.  We are eager and excited to work with you. If you should have any questions or comments, please

Thank you in advance your support and generosity. - Your 2019-2020 PTO Executive Board
