Hola, my name is Beatriz Gantt and I teach Spanish.  I am originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil. I live in Irmo with my husband (Brandon), our four daughters, our two cats (Stella and Apollo), and our English Bulldog (Rocky). My favorite things to do are gardening and crafting. I also enjoy DIY projects of all sorts. 

I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2012 with a BS in Political Science. I received my masters degree in Curriculum and Assessment from Walden University (2016). 

I’m very excited to teach your student. I have a passion for teaching and making learning a new language fun. Learning a new language is a wonderful opportunity for students to make new connections, take risks  and learn about other cultures. I look forward to seeing your student in our classroom.
