Hi everyone! My name is Rachel Blacker and I will be your student’s school counselor this year! This will be my first year as a school counselor and I'm really looking forward to being a part of the NRES - AM community.  I recently graduated with my Education Specialist’s degree from the University of South Carolina - Columbia. I am originally from New Jersey but now call Columbia, SC my home. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my friends, reading, exercising, and traveling (specifically to the beach). While this school year will look different then past years, I can’t wait to build relationships with your student(s) and support them in becoming successful, well-rounded citizens!
