Mrs. Lexi Abate
My name is Lexi Ratliff and I'm excited about being your child's first grade teacher this year! This will be my second year teaching. In 2021-2022, I worked as a long-term virtual substitute teacher.
I was born in Atlanta, Georgia but have been in Chapin, South Carolina since I was three, so District Five is my home. After graduating from Chapin High School, I went to pursue my dream of becoming a teacher. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with Magna Cum Laude in 2020 with my Early Childhood degree. My family consists of my husband, our four-legged best friend, Georgia, and our two cats, Gizmo and Cheeks.
