    Magnet Schools of American Certified Demonstration School Award

    Magnet Schools of America has awarded SHHS as a Certified Demonstration School. This certification recognizes magnet schools that provide high quality, innovative educational options for families and students that promote choice, diversity and academic excellence. Being awarded a Certified Demonstration School recognizes that SHHS has exceeded the criteria and will serve as a learning model for magnets across the country to replicate. There are only 112 Certified-Demonstration Schools nationwide.

     

    Magnet Schools of American Merit Award of Distinction 

    MSA's National Merit Award program honors the top magnet schools in the United States. This award recognizes magnet schools that demonstrate commitment to high academic standards, curriculum innovation, successful desegregation and diversity efforts, and consistent delivery of high quality educational services to all stakeholders.
