Mrs. McCollam

My name is Karina McCollam and I am so excited to be a third grade teacher here at Dutch Fork Elementary! I look forward to sharing my love for learning with my students. I hope to help our students grow as readers, writers, mathematicians, scientists, and global thinkers. I also wish to teach children the value of being a good citizen and managing our emotions.

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and dog Ziggy. We enjoy walking trails, traveling and just spending time together. I am also a Girl Scout leader and enjoy working with the girls on a variety of badges and experiences. I like to read and spend time outside. My favorite vacation destination is the beach. Family means everything to me. I hope to create a family in our classroom.
