Ms. Karsen Ward

Hello!

Welcome to the Escolares Academy at Harbison West Elementary! My name is Karsen Ward, and I am thrilled to have the chance to teach at this wonderful school.  I am from the Chapin area and I am a recent graduate of the University of South Carolina.  I have earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, as well as a Gifted and Talented Endorsement.  Teaching has been my dream since I was in kindergarten, and my time at HWES has further confirmed that this profession is where my heart is! Outside of school I enjoy reading, traveling, and anything to do with my dog and other animals. I am looking forward to a powerful school year of learning and growing together :)
