Mrs. Pou

Hi! My name is Tinsley Pou, and I am so excited to be your child's school counselor at the BESt school! I received my undergraduate degree at USC (go cocks!) and continued my education into graduate school, earning an Education Specialist degree, as well as a certificate in play therapy, at USC in the Counselor Education Program. I am here to assist your child in their social, emotional and academic needs. My biggest hope is that every student at Ballentine Elementary School feels safe, secure, and loved. The wise Mr. Rogers once said, "When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, 'Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping'". I am honored to be a helper (and a listener) to your student.
