Welcome To 2nd Grade!
My name is Diana Miller and this is my 16th year of teaching. I began my teaching career in Greenville County. I taught there for one year before I married my husband and moved to Chapin. I taught for 6 years in Lexington School District 4. I have taught grades 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th. I stayed home for several years taking care of my children while being a homeroom mom, a substitute teacher, and I was a kindergartern assistant for 8 years. This will be my 9th year at LMES, and I am thrilled to be teaching 2nd grade. My husband, Sean, and I have three children. Our twin daughters, Haylea-Layne and Lilly, are 20 years old and are juniors in college. My son, Meetze (17) is a senior at CHS.
We stay busy with our three amazing children and our three dogs. Lambeau and Sadie are our precious basset hounds and Lacie is our cute and crazy yellow lab.
I love spending time with my family, being on Lake Murray, reading, and cheering for the Gamecocks!
I look forward to being part of your child's education journey. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
