Ms. Michelle Duplaga

My name is Michelle Duplaga and I am excited to be your child’s third grade teacher this year! I have been in the field of education for twenty years as classroom teacher, curriculum coach and an administrative team member. I am looking forward to helping your child grow and reach their full potential this school year.

ABOUT ME:
My husband, Kevin, and I moved to South Carolina from Florida in December 2021. Our son, Chase,attends LMES and is in the fourth grade. I graduated from Wilmington College with my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and went on to study Educational Psychology at Rollins College. My family and I enjoy outdoors activities such as hiking, boating, biking and zip lining! In the spring and summer, we love attending Fireflies games. In the fall, you can find us cheering on our favorite college football teams!

GOALS:
My goal is to continue to enrich your child’s education, as well as ensure they are great classroom citizens! I want to instill the love of learning, so they will want to become life-long learners!
