Mrs. Wendy Herring
Welcome to Lake Murray Elementary! I am Mrs. Herring and I teach kindergarten. My class is called the Dandy Dogs. This is my 30th year teaching and my 24th year at LMES. I have taught kindergarten, first grade, second grade and fourth grade. I love Lake Murray and being a dandy dog. My co-teacher is Mrs. Watts. She and I have taught together for 8 years. We love working with our students and seeing them grow and change.
I enjoy hanging out with my family and I love being outdoors. I have one son, Hunter. My husband, son and I live in Irmo but I grew up in Chapin. We have one sweet puppy, Pepper.
