Please provide all information in the form. We will follow up with you by the end of the day. If your issue cannot be resolved remotely and requires a technician, you may drop off devices for repair in the front office between 7:00-8:15 a.m.and 2:00-3:00 p.m.
You may use your phone to join the Google Meet. A phone number should be included in the Google invitation from your child’s teacher.
Devices are in limited supply. Hybrid students must bring the device issued to them each day.
Students are allowed loaner devices to use here at school while their devices are being repaired. The device remains at school.
If a student reports to school without a device he/she may check out a loaner to use during the day. The device remains at school. They are only allowed to use this service two times.
Five and Hybrid students having issues at home should complete the device repair form online. If you have not been contacted within 24 hours please call the NRES-AM Tech Desk at 803-476-4366.
