Oct. 20th – Artisan Breads: learn about breads from all over the globe. Develop a greater understanding of how wheat and bread making helped develop today’s society from religious to sustenance and convenience (hands-on class).
Nov. 10th - Guest Chef Kelly Wilson – this class will focus on holiday baking/desserts, (demo and some hands-on class).
Feb. 9th – It’s for lovers and those who love chocolate. This class is all about cooking with chocolate from the savory to the sweet (demo class and hands-on class).
Mar. 23rd – Spring in to healthy foods made delicious. Learn how cooking lite can be so good and healthy for you and the family from steak to vegetarian dishes, and 1 pan/pot cooking (hands-on).
Apr. 6th – Mangia tutti: Italian foods from the top of the boot to the toe of Italy… pasta to pizza and much more (hands-on).
