Lexington/Richland Five students will be allowed to attend our summer school.

Grading: Summer school will follow the guidelines for Credit Recovery Level 2. Upon successful completion of all

assigned modules at 60 percent mastery the student will receive a grade of (P) - Passing.

Homework: Due to the rigorous nature of Apex courses, working from home is mandatory to complete the course by the

end of summer school.  To work on Apex from home, you will need a computer, internet access, and your

log-on information. If you do not have the required technology, you will need to work additional sessions as

they become available. Although curriculum may be completed from home, all assessments will be

completed during the scheduled summer school session.

Attendance:  Since summer school is a self-paced (computer based) program, attendance will be required from the first

day, June 17 until the student fulfills all of the requirements of the course.  All absences will need to be

          excused according to district policy.

NOTE:  ALL students must return a signed copy of the Parent/Guardian Permission for Online Learning on or before
