Change to Feeding Site Days of Operation, 5-Day Supplies Offered on Mondays
School District Five is doing its part to #flattenthecurve. The district will change the number of days it will open its feeding sites, while still providing a full week of meals to students in need. This action is being taken under the guidance of state officials and for the safety of our staff and the community, as officials encourage the public to practice social distancing.
Monday Only Feeding Sites/5-Day Supply Beginning next week (the week of Monday, March 23), School District Five will open feeding sites on Mondays only. Students will receive 5 days-worth of breakfast and lunch items, during the Monday meal offering.
There are 6 locations across the district, serving meals 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the front of each school under the canopy.
